A Trip to the Seaside

Catherine will be travelling to the Isle of Wight tomorrow and visiting a number of interesting areas whilst seeing the work of the EU in action.
After meeting with Jill Wareham the PPC for the island, Catherine will be given a tour of the local innovation centre. She will then move on to "Vestas Blades" a company which makes a large proportion of it's 40 metre blades for use on wind turbines.
Finally, a visit to "Island 2000", the Isle of Wight's Arts and Environment charity, an organisation that has been helped directly by the European Union.
