Catherine Visits Guildford to help with the NHS campaign
Catherine has welcomed the news that the meeting of the Surrey Primary Care Trust yesterday confirmed that no A & E department will be closed. In a list of recommendations accepted by the board of the PCT the Royal Surrey will see improvements not only in A & E but in other areas too, with no loss of service to patients
Local Liberal Democrats have been working hard with other campaigners in Guildford to save their NHS Services.
" I am delighted that the hard work of the local campaigners has paid off. It shows what can be done by local people and that their NHS services are important to them. I send them my congratulations. However, the work goes on to protect NHS services across Surrey" said Catherine
